Samantha Gitlin ‘24 and Luiz Gandelman ‘24 Win Silver Knight Honorable Mentions

 
Gulliver Preparatory School is proud to announce two students earned Silver Knight Honorable Mention honors – Samantha Gitlin ‘24 for the Journalism category and Luiz Gandelman ‘24 for the World Languages category. The students were recognized for their academic excellence and community service at the awards ceremony held on May 22, 2024, at the James L. Knight Center.

Since 2011, five Gulliver students have been named Silver Knight Award winners in their respective categories, and 14 have earned Honorable Mention nods.

One of the nation’s most highly regarded student awards programs, the Miami Herald/el Nuevo Herald Silver Knight Awards program recognizes outstanding students who have maintained their academics while unselfishly applying their special knowledge and talents to contribute significant service to their schools and communities.
