With a 22-year MLB career spanning the Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers, and New York Yankees, Rodriguez shared invaluable lessons learned from a lifetime in professional sports. During his inspiring talk, he emphasized the importance of developing a championship mentality—one that goes far beyond physical talent. He highlighted the critical roles of mental resilience, proper nutrition, and quality sleep in achieving peak performance, as well as the value of strong practice routines and consistent habits that shape success both on the field and in life.
