Middle and Upper School students showcased their skills in cultural understanding and the Chinese language at the 18th annual Florida State Chinese Competition.
Under the direction of Li-Chun Yang, Middle School World Languages Faculty, and Zoe Chen, Upper School World Languages Faculty, Gulliver students competed against nearly 300 students from across the state. The students were tested on their individual listening, reading, and speaking skills, participated in a jeopardy game on knowledge of Chinese culture, and experienced various cultural activities and a Chinese-style dinner.
